By using the Raftaroo application and its services (including ride-hailing, delivery, and cargo), you hereby agree to and acknowledge the following disclaimers and limitations of liability.

1. Independent Contractors (Captains)

Raftaroo acts solely as a technology platform connecting users (Customers) with independent service providers (Captains). Raftaroo does NOT employ Captains. Each Captain operates as an independent contractor, and Raftaroo explicitly disclaims any liability arising from the actions, inactions, negligence, or misconduct of any Captain, whether related to the provision of transport services or otherwise.

Liability for Damage or Injury

Raftaroo is not responsible for any personal injury, death, property damage, parcel loss, or other damages sustained by you or any other party during the course of a trip or delivery. Any claims for damages, injury, or loss must be directed solely against the Captain involved in the service provision.

2. Accuracy of Information and Technology

Maps, Routes, and ETAs

The Service relies on third-party mapping data (such as OpenStreetMap), GPS technology, and real-time data provided by Captains. While we strive for accuracy, Raftaroo does not warrant that the maps, routes, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), or distance calculations will be accurate, timely, or error-free. Final charges may vary based on actual route taken.

Data Security

While we implement reasonable security measures as outlined in our Privacy Policy, Raftaroo does not warrant that the Service or any data transmission to or from the Service will be free from security threats or errors. Use of the application is at your own risk.

3. Parcel and Cargo Disclaimer

For delivery and cargo services, the Customer is solely responsible for:

• Accurate declaration of parcel contents and value.
• Ensuring the parcel content is legal and non-hazardous.
• Raftaroo’s maximum liability for loss or damage to any parcel is strictly limited to PKR 10,000, regardless of the declared value.
• We highly recommend that customers obtain their own insurance for high-value items.

4. Availability of Service

Raftaroo does not guarantee the availability of a Captain for any service at any time or in any location. The availability of service, including the bidding process, is subject to the supply of Captains in your specific area.
